Prepare your body and mind

Yoga is a practice focused on activating, stretching, and relaxing all the muscles in our body, helping us gain awareness of our posture. In this way, we enjoy overall physical health, increasing both our flexibility and strength, and preventing injuries that may hinder us from engaging in any sports activity.

Yoga is a practice that complements surfing perfectly, as it helps improve technique on the board and prevent stiffness caused by long surfing sessions. At Latas Surf, you will find three different modalities of yoga.

Relax & Yoga

Focused on muscular recovery through relaxation.

Yoga for Surfer

Dedicated to activating and strengthening the muscles necessary for you to make the most out of your surf sessions.

Active Yoga

Improves mobility, strength, and balance in a dynamic way.

Yoga Class Schedule

  • All classes start at 10:00 am and 6:00 pm. Suitable for all levels!
  • Location: Arena Surf Hotel
  • Duration: 60 minutes.
  • Language: Spanish and English
