Terms and Conditions

• All bookings must be submitted in writing.

• A confirmation for payment of the deposit will be sent with each booking to confirm the reservation. The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of payment by Latas Surf Travel.

• It is mandatory for all clients to carry the Latas Surf Travel voucher in order to enjoy the contracted services.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS FOR SURF TRIPS

• To confirm the reservation: a deposit of 30% of the total trip cost will be requested, which must be paid within a maximum period of 48 hours from the date of the reservation.

• 60 days before departure: the total amount of the contracted services must be paid.

• To confirm the flight reservation: 100% of the ticket amount must be paid in advance.

If there are flight reservations, once the airplane tickets are issued, cancellation fees amount to 100% of the ticket amount, regardless of the cancellation period.

All bank charges, including those of the beneficiary (Latas Surf Travel), must be covered by the buyer.

Latas Surf Travel reserves the right to assess non-payment and the option to cancel any ongoing reservation, as well as any associated costs.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS OF SURF TRIPS

Any changes or cancellations must be sent in writing and confirmed by Latas Surf Travel. Cancellation fees will apply based on the date of cancellation in relation to the departure date. If the cancellation is made:

• 9 months or more before the departure date: 10% of the trip price. • From 9 to 6 months before the departure date: 30% of the trip price. • From 6 to 3 months before the departure date: 50% of the trip price. • 3 months or less before departure: 100% of the trip price.

Cancellation charges for additional services and other extras are not part of the trip fare and are subject to the costs established by the provider in each case. These charges may amount to 100%.

If there are flight reservations, once the airplane tickets are issued, cancellation fees amount to 100% of the ticket amount, regardless of the cancellation period.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Taxes must be paid by all passengers, including those who, for any circumstance, offer, or draw, have their seat vacant.

Latas Surf Travel is not responsible for civil unrest, terrorism, strikes, illnesses, epidemics, accidents, injuries, damages, loss and theft, quarantine, customs regulations, changes in flight schedules, delays, deportation, or denial of entry by immigration authorities, and other circumstances beyond our control.

In the event of a change in the duration of a trip, affected passengers will be offered a credit or refund of the trip fare prorated for the number of reduced itinerary travel days that were scheduled.

In case of trip cancellation, Latas Surf Travel will make every effort to provide a suitable alternative, including the option to participate in another available trip. If passengers of the affected trips do not accept any alternative offered by Latas Surf Travel, Latas Surf Travel reserves the right to refund the paid trip fare to Latas Surf Travel, and the refund will be considered as a canceled trip. The trip price has been calculated according to exchange rates, transportation fares, fuel costs, applicable taxes and fees as of the program’s issuance date or budget submission. Any variation in the price of the aforementioned elements may lead to a revision of the final trip price.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Latas Surf Travel is not responsible for expenses incurred due to lack of coverage of the contracted insurance. For unexpected changes in travel plans, it is highly recommended to have cancellation/interruption insurance.

Latas Surf Travel offers optional insurance if desired. Ask for their general conditions, cancellation expense coverage, medical expenses, loss or damage to luggage, etc.

DISCLAIMER

Latas Surf Travel reserves the right to make partial or total modifications to the planned program if necessary. It also reserves the right to cancel the trip in whole or in part for any reason, including not reaching the minimum group size, weather conditions, organization, technical conditions, safety reasons, etc.

Prices and descriptions are valid except for typographical errors.
