Surfing is a high energy consuming sport that generates great doses of exhaustion in your muscles. Due to this, you need the right food to recover quickly and perform better in the water. In Latas Surf we take your alimentation very seriously and that’s why we offer a wide range of choices that adapt to everybody’s taste and health.

VEGGIE AND VEGAN FOOD
The amount of people who choose to eat vegan or veggie food is getting bigger each year. So that’s why we are putting more energy in offering a wide variety of choices. Whether in the menu or out of the menu, you can enjoy delicious vegan a vegetarian food. Moreover, at Latas Surf Lodge we have a restaurant/bar where you will be able to test the food freshly made by Albert, our specialty chef in tapas, salads and vegan desserts. Foccacias, Ciabbata, hummus, quiches and many more options. Come and taste it!
We all know breakfast is super important but even more if you’re going surfing right after. At Latas Surf Camp, we have everything that you need to stay energized while catching waves. We have a buffet styled breakfast with a rich variety of morning food.

- Several types of break, toasts, oats and cereals.
- Chorizo, salami, sweet ham, sliced cheese, cream cheese and eggs.
- Olive oil, tomato and mashed tomato.
- Fruit all day and marmalades.

Latas Surf has a daily menu that is different each day. But also you can customize it with the ingredients that you like the most. You can always make your own salad and add different sides to the main course. Also, all the meals are available in their vegan or veggie option.

- Desser, fruit and hot drinks all day.
ALBERT: LATAS SURF LODGE CHEF
Albert Solaz is a natural chef with more than a decade of experience cooking and being a health guide. Graduated as a cook in CETT-UB School in Barcelona.
He understands food as medicine . A type of “we are what we eat” philosofphy.
During the last year he’s been experimenting with new ways of approaching a healthy alimentation and lifestyle, something he practices today.
His aim is to help others through cooking and his mission is sharing what he’s learnt, by teaching others about a conscious nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.
